This step established the partnership with Martina Scheibelauer, an extremely renowned international capital market expert and investor, and Herbert Stรถger, the successful founder and main owner of the x-tention group – a leading provider of complete IT solutions in the European healthcare market – as core shareholders of the company.
This has created a strong capital base for the first investment, which is currently being implemented together with outstanding partners, as well as for further activities of Anwert Technologies AG to establish a strategic technology holding company.
